NELLSManager 2025

The NAHMA Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS) is a fully virtual program that combines small group learning with one-to-one coaching, designed exclusively for Affordable Housing Property Management professionals. NELLSManager will focus specifically on topics relevant to first-line professionals, including Property Managers, Leasing Managers, Maintenance Managers and Compliance Specialists. The original NELLSExecutive program will continue to focus on topics relevant to senior organizational managers and leaders, typically at the Director, Regional, Officer level and above. Click here for a descriptive flyer comparing the two courses. Successfully completing a NAHMA Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS) course will earn an individual five CEUs toward their annual 10 required CEUs to maintain their NAHP or NAHP-e credentials. Registration is now open for the 2025 NELLSManager Program, and the deadline for registration is January 10, 2025. (Registration for the original NELLSExecutive program to be held in 2025 will open by May 2025.)

NELLSManager session schedule and details for 2025 are as follows:
Orientation/Session I: Thursday, February 6, 2025, 2:00 – 4:00PM EST
Session II: Thursday, February 27, 2025, 2:00 – 3:30PM EST
Session III: Thursday, March 20, 2025 2:00 – 3:30PM EST

Program Fee: $1,250
Deadline for registration and payment: January 10, 2025
Deadline for cancellation/withdrawal: February 5, 2025 (Cancellation policy: no refunds are available for cancellations received after Feb. 5, 2025.)
