    Thank you for your support as a member of NAHMA. To renew your membership for 2025, please refer to the 2025 Membership Renewal Invoice you received by mail or email to complete the information required below to process your renewal payment. You will need the following information: Customer Contact ID, Name on the Invoice, and Membership Category/Renewal Fee. If you believe your NAHMA membership category should be updated to a different category in 2025, please contact NAHMA vice president of membership services, Brenda Moser, at brenda.moser@nahma.org.

  • NAHMA Membership – New Member Application

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a NAHMA member. Please note that no fee will be charged in the online shopping cart when submitting the online application below. Once received, staff will review your application. Upon approval, staff will contact you to make payment and review your benefits. Membership is not effective until payment is received.

    NAHMA has three membership categories:
    Executive/Executive 2/Executive 3+: Executives and owners actively managing affordable housing are eligible for membership. Members are encouraged to actively advance NAHMA’s mission, which is to advocate for quality multifamily affordable housing, the preservation of decent and safe affordable housing and the development of standards for professionals in the industry. Annual Executive Membership Dues in 2025: $3,325/$2,325/$1,575

    Associate: Management agents and other individuals whose businesses actively manage affordable housing play an important role in the industry and are invited to join NAHMA. Annual Associate Membership Dues in 2025: $1,825

    Affiliate: Individuals whose businesses provide goods and services to owners and managers of affordable housing or are interested in the industry are eligible to be affiliates. Affiliate membership is also open to nonprofit organizations, which are invited to establish cooperative alliances with NAHMA. Annual Affiliate Membership Dues in 2025: $1,325
